Ukrainian Congress Committee of America invites the Ukrainian community to participate in the Groundbreaking and Blessing ceremony of the monument site in Washington, DC of the memorial dedicated to the victims of the Artificially Created Famine in Ukraine in 1932-1933!

Blessing service is to be served by Metropolitan Constantine of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the USA and Mmetropolitan Stefan (Soroka) of the Ukrainian Catholic Church and the local Ukrainian Orhtodox and Ctholic clergy with the participation of the First Lady of Ukraine, Kateryna Yushchenko, invited guests include Members of Congress; U.S. Administration officials and local and federal agencies.
