On behalf of His Eminence Metropolitan Antony and His Eminence Archbishop Daniel, the Consistory of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the USA extends heartfelt condolences and prayerful support to the families of the newly departed servants of God:

• Julian Naumenko, beloved son of Very Rev. Fr. Taras Naumenko and Pani Matka Laura Naumenko, whose sudden passing has brought profound sorrow to his family, friends, and parish community.
• Katherine Germankovski, cherished granddaughter of Reverend Deacon Volodymyr and Dobrodiyka Valentyna Pichkurov - a beloved member of her family, whose memory will remain in the hearts of all who knew her.
• Maria Kasianov, devoted mother of Very Rev. Fr. Yuriy Kasianov, whose life of love and faithfulness continues to inspire her family and community.

In these moments of profound grief, we turn to the mercy and love of our Lord Jesus Christ, trusting in His promise of eternal life. As St. Paul reminds us in his letter to the Romans (8:38-39): "For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord."

We ask all parishes of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the USA to commemorate the newly departed servants of God Julian, Katherine, and Maria during Divine Liturgies, Panakhydas, and personal prayers. Let us pray together for their eternal rest in the Kingdom of Heaven, where there is no pain, sorrow, or sighing, but life everlasting.

We also urge the faithful to offer prayerful support to the grieving families:

• Very Rev. Fr. Taras and Pani Matka Laura Naumenko and their family
• Very Rev. Fr. Yuriy Kasianov and his family
• Reverend Deacon Volodymyr and Dobrodiyka Valentyna Pichkurov and their family

May the peace of our Lord bring comfort to their hearts, and may they be strengthened by the prayers of the Church and the love of their brothers and sisters in Christ.

Let us conclude with a prayer for the repose of their souls:

O God of spirits and of all flesh, You have trampled down death and overthrown the devil, giving life to Your world. Give rest, O Lord, to the souls of Your departed servants Julian, Katherine, and Maria, in a place of light, a place of green pasture, a place of refreshment, from where pain, sorrow, and sighing have fled away. Forgive every transgression which they have committed, whether by word or deed or thought, for You are a good God who loves mankind. For there is no one who lives and does not sin; You alone are without sin. Your righteousness is everlasting righteousness, and Your word is truth. For You are the Resurrection, the Life, and the Repose of Your departed servants, O Christ our God, and to You we give glory, together with Your eternal Father and Your most holy, good, and life-giving Spirit, now and forever, and to the ages of ages. Amen.

May the memory of the newly departed servants of God Julian, Katherine, and Maria be eternal!

Від імені Високопреосвященнішого Митрополита Антонія та Високопреосвященнішого Архієпископа Даниїла Консисторія Української Православної Церкви США висловлює щирі співчуття та молитовну підтримку родинам новопреставлених слуг Божих:

• Юліан Науменко, улюблений син протоієрея Тараса Науменка та пані Матки Лаури Науменко, раптова смерть якого принесла глибоку скорботу родині, друзям та парафіяльній спільноті.
• Катерина Германковська, улюблена онука диякона Володимира та добродійки Валентини Пічкурових, пам’ять про яку залишиться в серцях усіх, хто її знав.
• Марія Касьянова, мати протоієрея Юрія Касьянова, чиє життя, сповнене любові та вірності, продовжує надихати її родину та громаду.

У ці хвилини глибокої скорботи ми звертаємося до милосердя та любові нашого Спасителя, довіряючись Його обітниці вічного життя. Як нагадує св. Павло у своєму посланні до Римлян (8:38-39): «Бо я переконаний, що ні смерть, ні життя, ні ангели, ні демони, ні теперішнє, ні майбутнє, ні будь-яка сила, ні висота, ні глибина, ні будь-що інше в усьому творінні не зможе відлучити нас від Божої любові, що в Христі Ісусі, Господі нашому».

Просимо всі парафії Української Православної Церкви США поминати новопреставлених слуг Божих Юліана, Катерину та Марію під час Божественних Літургій, Панахиди та особистих молитов. Помолімося разом за їх вічний спочинок у Царстві Небесному, де немає ні болю, ні смутку, ні зітхання, але життя вічне.

Також закликаємо вірних молитовно підтримати родини скорботних:

• протоієрея Тараса і Пані Матки Лори Науменко та їх сім'ї
• протоієрея Юрія Касьяновв та його родини
• диякона Володимира та добродійку Валентину Пічкурових з родиною

Нехай мир нашого Господа принесе потіху їхнім серцям і нехай вони будуть зміцнені молитвами Церкви та любов’ю їхніх братів і сестер у Христі.

Закінчимо молитвою за упокій їхніх душ:

Боже духів і всього тілесного, Ти смерть подолав і диявола знищив, і життя світові Твоєму подав. Сам, Господи, упокой душі спочилих рабів Твоїх Юліана, Катерини та Марії у місці світлім, у місці квітучім, у місці спокою, де немає ні недуги, ні журби, ні зітхання. Всякий гріх, що вчинили вони словом чи ділом, чи думкою, як Милосердний і Чоловіколюбний Бог, прости, бо немає людини, що жила б і не згрішила Ти один без гріха. Правда Твоя – правда вічна і слово Твоє – істина. Бо Ти єси воскресіння, життя і спокій спочилих рабів Твоїх Юліана, Катерини та Марії, Христе Боже наш, і Тобі славу віддаємо, з Предвічним Твоїм Отцем і з Пресвятим, і Милосердним, і Животворчим Твоїм Духом, нині і повсякчас, і на віки вічні. Амінь.

Нехай буде вічна пам’ять новоспочилим рабам Божим Юліану, Катерині та Марії!
